The clinic provides women’s health {including prenatal care, postpartum care, menopause and hormone specialty} and primary care (encompassing all ages and stages of life). The Princeton American Legion Auxiliary #125 will be meeting at the Legion Post at 1549 W. Peru St, on Wednesday, June 11 at 9:30 a.m.

The Illinois Department of Natural Resourceshas set June 13-16 as Illinois free fishing days for 2025. During these four days, anglers can fish without purchasing a fishing license, salmon stamp or inland trout stamp in Illinois.

The Bureau County Special Schools BEST Program visited Aitken School, a one-room schoolhouse on Tuesday, May 20, 2025 at the La Salle County Historical Society in Utica. The schoolhouse was originally established as a school in a deed notarized by Horace D. Hickok, brother of “Wild Bill” Hickok on Aug. 3, 1865. The schoolhouse was originally constructed in Troy Grove and “Wild Bill” Hickok attended school there. The La Salle County Historical Society hosts field trips to over 800 children each spring.
