The Dixon wrestling team finished the Big Northern Conference season undefeated to claim the league title, finishing off the perfect run through BNC duals with a 66-15 win over rival Rock Falls. Meanwhile, the Rock Falls boys basketball team picked up its first BNC win of the season with a 69-47 victory at North Boone.

Meanwhile, the Rock Falls girls lost a nip-and-tuck game at Wharton Fieldhouse, as Moline outscored the Rockets by four points in overtime to win 53-49.

The Sterling boys basketball team defeated Western Big 6 rival Geneseo 66-40 on Friday night in Geneseo, while the Newman boys beat Hall 70-62 in a Three Rivers east game in Spring Valley.
