Over 250 people gathered with signs and their voices Saturday to participate in a Hands Off Rally at the Kankakee County Courthouse in protest of the policies and actions of the second President Donald Trump administration.
Many students can now attend Kankakee Community College for free because of almost $17.4 million in grants awarded by the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity and the Illinois Community College Board.
Some 289 runners and walkers participated at Kankakee Community College
The Jingle Bell Run is the only local fundraiser for the Arthritis Foundation
