A Kankakee man charged with killing a 15-year-old boy in June 2021 will now be facing federal charges.

The Illinois State Police’s Kankakee Area Metropolitan Enforcement Group (KAMEG) arrested 58-year-old Douglas P. Moore, of Kankakee, on multiple charges Friday.
