A Will County judge found a former Joliet city manager not guilty of driving under the influence following a trial where his attorney claimed he was subjected to biased treatment by police.

A frustrated Will County judge warned a former attorney for convicted ex-Bolingbrook police officer Drew Peterson that he will face a new contempt case if he continued to interrupt and talk over her.

Theodore Broduer, former chief executive officer of the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Will and Grundy counties, has been indicted in Will County on felony theft charges.
