Joliet Public Schools District 86 has named new principals for three of its elementary schools.

Attendees will learn how to qualify for workforce funding and network with African American Business Association members.

The rally in downtown Joliet on Thursday drew more than 100 people, an older crowd that joined a nationally organized 'Good Trouble Lives On’ movement.
