A group of cross country cyclists raising money for cancer support stopped overnight in Princeton this week.
The program is a two week long “school” on safety that is presented to 4 and 5 year olds in Bureau County each year. The first Safety Town program ran in 1976 and has been going on ever since.
Young adult volunteers from all over the country came to Bureau County this week to offer their services doing home improvement and repair projects for lower income residents.
