The Rock Falls Chamber of Commerce celebrated a ribboncutting Friday with Dr. Ashok Maini as he opened his new urgent care facility at 1201 First Ave.
Six Ogle County farms are set to welcome visitors Oct. 13 during the Ogle County Farm Stroll. The farm stroll is a free, self-guided tour of Ogle County’s diversified family farms hosted by University of Illinois Extension.
Alan Marshall, arrested on three counts of arson, now has been charged with two counts of aggravated domestic battery, domestic battery and unlawful restraint in connection with events leading up to a Sept. 25 fire at a Sterling duplex in the 600 block of West Fifth Street.
