Putnam County Junior High School announced its honor roll for the second quarter of the 2024-2025 school year.

The Illinois Sheriffs’ Association announced it will be awarding more than $58,000 in college scholarships throughout Illinois to students wishing to pursue higher education during the 2025-2026 academic year, including in Putnam County.

Putnam County High School seniors and parents are invited to learn about scholarships available for those going to college or pursuing educational programs in the trades at Scholarship Showcase 2025.

The Girls Just Want To Have Fund$ golf outing has raised $14,000 for the Young Women Leaders Scholarship Fund.
