St. Charles East senior Addison Wolf, who led the Saints to their first sectional title since 2019 in softball, and played a major part in the formation of the school's girls wrestling and flag football programs, is the Kane County Chronicle 2024-25 Female Athlete of the Year.

St. Charles East junior and South Carolina commit Hayden Sujack, who broke the school record for career home runs and led the Saints to their first sectional title since 2019, is the Kane County Chronicle Softball Player of the Year.
