A 74-year old male bicyclist in Plano was taken to the hospital following a crash with an oncoming vehicle on Oct. 26.

A 15-year-old girl was reported to have been last seen in the 6000 block of Winterhaven Drive, according to a statement from the Joliet Police Department.

Christian T. Page, 29, of Marengo, was charged following an investigation by the Yorkville Police Department Investigations Unit.

The Joliet Fire Department was called to extinguish a fire apparently caused by a space heater in the 1200 block of Schriber Saturday.

Two people suffered minor injuries after their vehicle crashed into the front of a downtown Sycamore business Friday afternoon, authorities said. The crash happened during the third day of Sycamore Pumpkin Festival, which is expected to proceed as planned.

A 16-year-old was taken to OSF Saint Elizabeth Medical Center in Peru after falling about 30 feet on Friday at Matthiessen State Park, Illinois Conservation Police Sgt. Phil Wire said.

In a statement, the Diocese of Joliet said ministry of the priest has been suspended because the lawsuit “affects the public nature” of his ministry and “out of an abundance of caution.”

Darryl Lee Jr., 19, of Kankakee, faces 11 felony counts, including first-degree murder, concealment of homicidal death and armed robbery.
