Lincoln-Way Central 60, Providence 57: Luke Cagnolatti led the way with 20 points and 11 rebounds as the Knights moved to 10-5 on the year.

Oswego East 60, Lincoln-Way East 54 (2OT): The Griffins’ Brenden Sanders led all scorers with 29 points.

Lincoln-Way West 58, Plainfield Central 35: Wyatt Carlson led the way with 19 points as the Warriors are now 8-6.

Waubonsie Valley 72, Plainfield East 46: The Bengals dropped a game to the 14th-ranked team in the state.

Bolingbrook 64, De La Salle 48: Davion Thompson led the way with 34 points for the Raiders.

Crete-Monee 57, Joliet West 50: The Tigers suffered a rare loss on the year.

Kentwood 66, Romeoville 55: The Spartans couldn’t get the nonconference win.

Lemont 72, Vianney 69: Luke Walsh led the way and was named MVP.

Girls basketball

Lincoln-Way East 52, Andrew 48: The Griffins got a critical road win.

Plainfield South 59, Central 49: The Cougars went 1-1 in the Grow the Game Shootout at New Trier.

Boys wrestling

Lockport’s Justin Wardlow wins championship at Cheesehead Invite: Wardlow won the 150-pound clas for the Porters. Plainfield North had four place winners as well.

Joliet Central goes 2-1 at own event: The Steelmen beat Geneva and Reavis while dropping a competition to Homewood-Flossmoor.
