St. Anne students put fitness first during fundraiser

DIXON — A pie in the face for a good cause?

How about a bunch in a row?

Physical education teacher Steve Caudillo was up to the challenge.

Students at St. Anne School got to line up to smack him with pies after they met their fundraising goals during the American Heart Association Kids Challenge on Friday.

Students took part in a host of fitness-oriented challenges, including a marathon jump rope contest.
