MOUNT CARROLL — An 83-year-old man who was the subject of a endangered missing person advisory on Wednesday was located and returned to his family, Mount Carroll Police Department said.
The police canceled the alert Wednesday evening.
When police issued the alert it said the man had last been seen driving a Chevrolet Equinox with Illinois tags.
