Rock Falls Rotary selects student of the month

Matthew Marcum, left, a senior at Rock Falls High School, was selected as the Rotary Student of the Month for September. Marcum is the son of Tom and Kelly Marcum. Bob Sondgeroth, youth chairman of the Rock Falls Rotary, made the presentation. Students are selected based on the criteria of the Rotary Four Way Test concern truth, fairness, goodwill and general welfare. (Submitted by Rock Falls Rotary)
