Sterling native offers counseling for children, adults

STERLING – Sterling native Kelly (Lenhart) Bramm opened New Beginnings Counseling at 110 E. Lynn Blvd.

Bramm, a 2008 Sterling High graduate, is a licensed clinical social worker with a master’s degree is social work from Illinois State University, which she earned in 2014.

She employs cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and play-based/art-based expressive techniques in her treatment of children and adults, and specializes in depression, anxiety, self-esteem, grief and loss, stress management, communication, self-regulation/impulse control, defiance and social relationships.

She also is a school social worker with knowledge of the school system and special education.
