Crystal Lake South 9, Batavia 2: At Batavia, Drake Lenckus tallied five goals and two assists as the Gators improved to 2-0 with a nonconference victory against the Bulldogs. Owen Hess and Renner Stavroplos had two goals apiece and Logan Driscol had two assists. Daniel Hayes picked up the win in goal.
