The Illinois Valley Pistol Shrimp's schedule was impacted by weather and three games were decided by one run.

As it was the previous season, the Marquette baseball team's defense was one of many keys in a tremendous spring and helped lead to a Class 1A championship game win on Saturday at Illinois Field in Champaign.

Henry's Lauren Harbison was named Class 1A First-Team All State in softball, other players from St. Bede, Princeton, Earlville, Henry and Fieldcreset also earned all-state honors and the Three Rivers announced its all-conference baseball team.
