Ava Porada dished out 18 assists, Cierra Gardner had eight kills and Lincoln-Way East’s girls volleyball team remained undefeated with a 25-17, 25-18 win over host Homewood-Flossmoor in Southwest Suburban Conference action Thursday night.
Kaleigh Ritter and Julia Owczarzak contributed eight and six digs, respectively, for the Griffins (8-0).
Bolingbrook 2, Andrew 0: At Bolingbrook, the Raiders won the rescheduled SWCC match, 25-22, 25-14, receiving seven kills apiece from Lauren Shroba and Madison Shroba and 13 assists from Chloe Knaak.
Lauren Shroba also had two blocks and five digs, while Knaak collected six digs. Bolingbrook (5-2, 3-1) also got contributions from Cydney Anderson (four kills, two blocks), Ashleigh Curtiss (three kills) and Kaylee Wnek (eight digs).
Lockport 2, Sandburg 0: At Lockport, Lindsay Oldendorf dominated at the net with six kills and three blocks, Nadia Goich added seven kills and three aces and the Porters won, 25-23, 25-19, in straight sets in the SWSC Blue Division match.
Cameryn DeBlecourt had 11 assists and four digs for Lockport (8-1).
Lincoln-Way Central 2, Stagg 0: At Lincoln-Way Central, the Knights picked up their first SWSC win, 25-20, 25-14.
Lincoln-Way Central (2-8, 1-2) was led by Nicole Connolly (six kills, six digs, two aces) Rachel Kolodziej (four kills, one ace, one block) and Skylar Smith (five kills, one block).
Bradley-Bourbonnais 2, Lincoln-Way West 0: At Bradley Bourbonnais, the Warriors lost, 25-22, 25-22, despite having leads in both sets.
Alexa Flores had 11 digs and 11 assists for Lincoln-Way West, while Bella Been had nine digs and Emma Young tallied 10 block assists.
Reed-Custer 2, Coal City 0: At Reed-Custer, the Coalers dropped a 25-23, 25-19 decision in Illinois Central Eight action.
Macaya Garner had 13 assists, 11 digs, six service points and five aces for Coal City (2-8). The Coalers also got contributions from Mia Rodriguez (five kills, six digs, four service points, one ace), Addyson Mellen (four digs, five service points, one ace), Hayleigh Roach (four kills), Grace Norris (10 digs), Colleen Feeney (four kills), Lynzie Norris (four digs) and Abby Payton (three digs, one kill).

Plainfield East 1, Minooka 0: At Plainfield East, the Griffins eked out the Southwest Prairie Conference match.
Cade Ooms made six saves in net for Minooka (6-5, 6-5).
Coal City 2, Peotone 1: At Peotone, Dekotah Rueger scored with five minutes remaining, lifting the Coalers to the ICE win.
Down 1-0 at halftime, Coal City (4-4) tied the score on Timi Shabani’s goal on an assist from Nick Sullivan. Sullivan then assisted on Rueger’s goal.
BOYS WATER POLO
Lincoln-Way Central 12, Lincoln-Way West 4: At Lincoln-Way West, Danny Adamson scored seven goals to lead the Knights’ attack in the Southwest Suburban Conference match.
Alex Culver made 12 saves in goal for Lincoln-Way Central (4-1, 4-1).
GIRLS WATER POLO
Lincoln-Way Central 20, Lincoln-Way West 10: At Lincoln-Way Central, Sam Triner scored eight goals as the Knights doubled up the Warriors in SWCC action.
Lincoln-Way Central improved to 4-1 overall and 4-1 in the SWCC.
Lincoln-Way West got three goals apiece from Ally Witt and Lea Moeller. Teagan Zack scored a pair of goals, and Abby Karpluk and Emma Stiglic each had one.
