Lee County Court under COVID-19 restrictions

Only persons with business to conduct will be allowed inside

Lee County Courthouse

DIXON – Because of the rise in COVID-19 only those with business to conduct will be allowed inside the Lee County Courts building until further notice.

Litigants still are required to attend their hearings, and the circuit clerk’s office remains accessible to those who need to make payments or obtain documents, but those who don’t have business with the court – who, for example, are there to support a person or provide a ride – cannot come inside.

Those who do enter must be masked.

The courts building, 309 S. Galena Ave., remains open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
