The Sauk Valley administered an additional 224 coronavirus vaccine doses Wednesday, and 123 more people became fully vaccinated.
Whiteside County has administered 45,938 total doses of the COVID-19 vaccine, with 23,382 people (42.03%) fully vaccinated. Lee County has had 30,878 doses, with 15,742 people (46%) fully vaccinated. Carroll County has administered 9,798 vaccine doses, with 5,196 people (36.31%) fully vaccinated. Ogle County has had 43,180 doses, with 21,626 people (42.47%) fully vaccinated.
There have been 129,794 doses administered and 65,946 people fully vaccinated across Whiteside, Lee, Carroll and Ogle counties.
The Illinois Department of Public Health reported 22,962 shots, and a total of 12,873,967 COVID-19 vaccines administered.
There are 6,320,119 fully vaccinated people across the state, or 49.6% of the population.
