Sugar Grove Church and School and Palmyra Cemetery’s annual Memorial Day service will begin at 2 p.m. May 17.

The service will take place at 352 Timbercreek Road, Dixon.

There will be a guest speaker, a reading of veterans and a graveside service with placement of flowers on veterans’ graves.

Refreshments will follow at the church.
