Scott Spengel, the operator of a chiropractic care private practice in McHenry County for more than 30 years, has joined OrthoIllinois’ McHenry clinic.
Spengel will bring the level of care and expertise he is known for locally to OrthoIllinois, while giving patients access to other specialists and state-of-the-art diagnostic capabilities to further enhance the care experience, according to a news release.

“We are thrilled to have such an experienced and talented health care professional join our team,” OrthoIllinois CEO Don Schreiner said in a statement. “Dr. Spengel has treated families in McHenry County for decades. Spengel specializes in the practical examination, diagnosis and treatment of a variety of musculoskeletal conditions and injuries and provides treatments to relieve joint and muscle pain, according to the release.
