• Brandon L. Gibson, 28, of the 1300 block of West Lincoln Highway, DeKalb, was arrested Aug. 24 on a Batavia warrant on charges of criminal damage to property.

• Michael G. Mackowiak, 52, of the 500 block of Peebles Court, Batavia, was charged Aug. 25 with misdemeanor battery.

• Two wheels valued at nearly $770 were reported stolen Aug. 9 from SD Wheel, 1300 S. River St., Batavia.

• A wallet containing $200 cash and various ID and credit cards was reported stolen Aug. 9 from XSport Fitness, 81 N. Randall Road, Batavia.

• Trey W. Austin, 19, of the 1000 block of Jackson Street, Batavia, was arrested Aug. 9 on Batavia warrants on charges of aggravated battery in a public place, more than $500 damage to property and disorderly conduct.

• Zachary A. Pauley, 23, homeless, was arrested Aug. 10 on an Aurora warrant for failure to appear in court on charges of resisting a police officer.

• Doorbell/camera combination devices valued at nearly $557 were reported stolen Aug. 10 from Menard’s, 300 N. Randall Road, Batavia.

• Drywall valued at $500 to $1,000 was reported damaged Sept. 7 in the 2000 block of Stuttle Road, Batavia.

• A white Ford F350 valued at $8,000, was reported stolen Sept. 8 from Ramirez Truck & Trailer Repair, 496 River St., Batavia. The truck contained tools, power tools and a compressor of unknown value. Also a window valued at $300 was reported broken on the same day at the business, according to reports.

• Two catalytic converters were reported stolen Aug. 12 from the parking lot at Graf Tree Care, 1485 Louis Bork Drive, Batavia

• Three catalytic converters were reported stolen Aug. 12 from the parking lot at Lawn Doctor, 1485 Louis Bork Drive, Batavia.

• Three plastic chairs were reported stolen Aug. 13 from the 300 block of Hamlet Street, Batavia.

• Serena A. Martinez, 30, of the 2300 block of Boxwood Lane, Aurora, was charged Aug. 14 with driving under the influence, speeding 26 to less than 35 miles an hour over the limit, driving without insurance and illegal transportation of alcohol by a driver.

• A window valued at more than $1,000 was reported broken Aug. 14 in the 2700 block of West Wilson Street, Batavia. The same day, two windows valued at $2,000 were reported broken in the 2800 block of Weaver Lane, Batavia.
