A Kane County judge changed his mind and returned an elderly man accused of aggravated criminal sexual assault to electronic home monitoring, above the prosecutor's objections.

At his fourth continuance this year for the fifth accused sex trafficker arrested in a July 2023 sweep in St. Charles, the judge warned today that it would be his last.
