KANE COUNTY – The public is invited to learn more about a new solar project at the Kane County Judicial Center as part of the county’s Green Initiatives program at a town hall meeting at 6 p.m. Aug. 3 at the Kane County Government Center Board Room, Building A, 719 S. Batavia Ave., Geneva.
According to a news release, details about the project will be presented, and attendees can ask questions. The meeting can also be attended virtually on zoom. Information is available on the Kane County Calendar Events page: www.countyofkane.org/Pages/CalendarEvents.aspx
The meeting will include a presentation about the project site for a solar proposal at the Kane County Judicial Center at the northeast corner of Peck and Bricher Road in Geneva, the release stated.
The program will include a panel of speakers and project partners, as well an explanation of the project and images of the project site. There will also be time for questions and public comments.
