Libertyville School District 70 Director of Human Resources Peter Theis is the recipient of the Herb Salinger Personnel Administrator of the Year Award given annually by the American Association of School Personnel Administrators.
Rock Falls City Council members on Tuesday unanimously voted to remove the residency requirement from the municipal code, along with a requirement that the city administrator not be an elected official or have served as one within the past year.
