DUBUQUE, Iowa – Seven graduates of area high schools and members of DuTrac Community Credit Union have been awarded scholarships through DuTrac’s 2024 Academic Scholarship Program.
Brianna Cramer, daughter of Joshua and Kelly Cramer, is the recipient of a $1,000 scholarship. Cramer is a Fulton High School graduate and plans to attend the University of Iowa to pursue a major in finance and economics.
