The organization is hosting both an in-person job fair and a virtual option for those interested in pursuing one of these fantastic job opportunities.
The in-person job fair will be held Tuesday, June 15th from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. and from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. at Pioneer Center, located at 4031 W. Dayton Street in McHenry, IL. The virtual option will be held Friday, June 18th from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Interview slots can be reserved online in advance of the job fairs. Pioneer Center, helping people live a dignified life of well-being, independence and inclusion, is comprised of a team of compassionate caregivers who strive to make a difference in people’s lives. While a variety of job positions are available, the Direct Support Professional (DSP) position has the most openings. DSPs provide total wellness and living support services to individuals with developmental disabilities. No DSP experience is required, and the right candidates will be trained for the position.
DSPs receive top industry pay ($14.20/hour, additional pay for overnights and weekends), along with a $500 signing bonus! Full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts are available in multiple locations throughout McHenry County.
