Letter: Clean up after your dog

Cheers to the Cary Park District for the great Hoffman Park trails and amenities. Though I do have one question to dog owners who let their pets defecate and just leave it behind. You know this is a potential outcome on your walk and, furthermore, the Park District supplies baggies for clean up. Why?
