Oglesby Elks gives to Horizon House

Grant comes from Elks National Foundation Beacon Grant

The Elks of the Illinois Valley, Oglesby Lodge 2360, helped the local Horizon House defray increased nursing costs because of the COVID-19 pandemic using an Elks National Foundation Beacon Grant of $3,500.

Horizon House operates homes for their clients with disabilities to live independently and now must test more often driving up the cost of operations.
