Nico Picha had a goal and an assist and Brendan Forsythe and Hans Haenicke also scored goals, as the Redwings beat Notre Dame to clinch the East Suburban Catholic Conference championship. Nolan Hart had five saves in goal for Benet (12-1, 9-0).

Lyons Township d. Glenbard West 25-13, 25-23
The Lions remained co-leaders in the West Suburban Silver race with Downers Grove North after their Senior Night victory Monday in La Grange.
LT (7-1, 3-1 in Silver) recognized seniors Molly Corrough, Nora Daley, Mary Murray, Lizzie Patel and Lydia Vulich. Corrough then served for 14 points with two aces and added three kills, three blocks and nine digs. Other standouts included sophomore Kamryn Lee-Caracci (eight kills, three blocks), juniors Adriana Vassek (six kills) and Tia Kostic (three kills, six service points), setter Abby Markworth (16 assists, five digs), Murray (three kills) and Patel and Vulich (four assists each).
Leading Glenbard West (7-2, 2-2) were freshmen Avery Herbert (six kills) and Marin Johnson (five kills), and sophomores Katherine Creswell (11 assists), Liz Murray (six service points, two aces, four digs) and Demi Carpio (five digs) and senior Maeve Campanella (four digs).
Glenbard West took a 4-0 lead in the second set, but LT never trailed again after pulling in front 7-6. Trailing 21-16, the Hilltoppers tied the set at 23 on a kill by senior Natalie Charintranond. Lee-Caracci got a sideout kill off serve receive and Vulich served match point off a Glenbard West error.
In the first set, Corrough served for 11 points, including a nine-point run to open a 10-2 lead that included an ace, three kills from Vassek and two by Lee-Caracci.
Glenbard East def. Elgin 25-8, 25-13
Keri Hrouda had eight kills, three digs and an ace, Ximena Luna four kills and Madison Manning had five kills and three digs for the Rams (7-3, 6-0). Becca Honig added eight assists, two aces and four digs and Riley Alstott seven assists and two digs.
Willowbrook d. Proviso East 25-10, 25-4
Grace Reckamp had seven kills and five assists, Katie Linnig 15 assists, six aces and two digs and Calli Kenny five kills and seven digs for the Warriors (5-2, 3-0). Stephanie Dasbach added six kills and Elizabeth Bruschuk eight digs.
Benet d. Joliet Catholic 25-7, 25-19
Kyla Kenney had eight kills, three digs and a block, Daria Rodriguez five kills and Rachel Muisenga 14 assists for Benet (6-0, 4-0 East Suburban Catholic Conference). Caroline Doyle had nine digs and Kiara Zamar seven digs.
Resurrection d. Montini 25-22, 25-23
Reeghan Boyer had five assists and 13 digs, Jordan Heatherly eight kills and eight assists and Maddie Kasallis three blocks for the Lady Broncos.
Lemont d. Tinley Park 25-19, 25-12
Amanda Rice had 10 kills, Hannah Nicklewicz had seven kills, Mary Kate Arundel had six kills and Paige Connolly had 21 assists for Lemont (8-1).
