Waubonsee Community College scholarship applications available in November

The Waubonsee Community College Foundation scholarship application for the 2023-24 academic year will be available Nov. 1.

According to a news release, current and prospective Waubonsee students who complete an online application are considered for all foundation scholarship opportunities for which they meet the criteria. The foundation administers more than 160 scholarships, many with multiple awards ranging from $250 to $3,500.

During the 2022-23 academic year, the Waubonsee Community College Foundation awarded scholarships totaling more than $343,500 to 311 recipients, according to the release.
