Watch candidates for a the St. Charles District 303 School Board take part in a joint interview with a representative of the Daily Herald Editorial Board. The 60-minute exchange between Jim Stombres, Heidi Fairgrieve, Kate Bell, Ed McNally and Carolyn Waibel was recorded on Wednesday Feb. 17. The election takes place on April 6. Mail-in voting begins on March 10, with early in-person voting to follow soon after.
