St. Charles Public Library receives national ranking

St. Charles Public Library has been awarded a three-star rating in a national ranking of Library Journal Index of Public Library Service’s annual review of public libraries.

There are 5,608 public libraries rated nationwide and only 262 qualified as star libraries, according to a news release from the St. Charles Public Library. St. Charles was one of 16 libraries in Illinois to receive distinction, the release stated.
