Theft
• Three open house signs reportedly were stolen from three different properties between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. June 10, according to the victim, Keller Williams, located at 45 S. Park Blvd.
• A workman’s compensation check reportedly was stolen between 9 a.m. May 22 and 5 p.m. May 29 from a mailbox in the zero to 100 block of Main Street.
WHEATON
Possession of drug paraphernalia
Ajani N. Livous, 18, of the 400 block of Kendall Street, Aurora, was charged at 1:11 p.m. July 6 with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia at Roosevelt and County Farm roads.
Trespassing
James Gregory Porter II, 50, of the 700 block of West Liberty Drive, Wheaton, was charged at 11:04 p.m. July 5 with criminal trespass to property at 601 S. County Farm Road.
Theft
Ralph E. Aguilar, 36, of the 200 block of Madison Street, Joliet, was charged at 10:41 a.m. July 3 with retail theft at the DuPage County Sheriff’s Office, 501 N. County Farm Road.
A piece of a drive through sign reportedly was stolen at 1:20 p.m. July 6 from the Dairy Queen restaurant at 102 W. Liberty Drive.
Illegal consumption of alcohol
Sean P. Budzinski, 18, of the 1600 block of Valley Forge Court, Wheaton, was charged at 10:59 p.m. July 2 with illegal possession and illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.
Battery
• Matthew Justin Story, 42, of the 700 block of West Liberty Drive, Wheaton, was charged at 10:50 a.m. July 2 with domestic battery at 630 S. Crest St.
• Craig J. Greenberg, 39, of the 800 block of North President Street, Wheaton, and Derek Anthony Greenberg, same address, were charged at 2:50 a.m. July 2 with domestic battery in the 800 block of North President Street.
Burglary
• Numerous items were reportedly removed between June 29 and July 2 from several offices throughout the Wheaton Youth Outreach building, 122 W. Liberty Drive, and thrown into the dumpster outside. There was no forcible entry into the locked building.
• Cash and a checkbook reportedly were taken between 9:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. July 1 from an unlocked vehicle that was parked in the area of the 100 block of East Willow Avenue.
• Change reportedly was taken at 3:31 p.m. July 3 from some cars that had their windows smashed in while parked in the lot at Crescent and Williston streets. Attempts were made to smash the windows of several other cars in the lot, according to police reports.
Identity theft
A cell phone number was spoofed and was calling unknown people with automated phone calls in the 500 block Brittany Court.
