Theft

A large quantity of Rogaine and Head & Shoulders products were reported stolen at 4:12 p.m. Feb. 11 at Walgreens, 324 Roosevelt Road.

WHEATON

Controlled substance possession

Pedro L. Mendoza, 22, of the 500 block of Emerson Avenue, Glen Ellyn, was charged at 12:31 a.m. Feb. 12 with possession of a controlled substance in the 1000 block of College Avenue.

Fraud

Paris J. Pierce, 27, of the 500 block of 46th Avenue, Bellwood, was charged at 11:45 a.m. Feb. 10 with credit card fraud at the Wheaton Police Department, 900 W. Liberty Drive.

Failure to appear on warrant

Mordell L. Galbreth, 35, of the 700 block of West Liberty Drive, Wheaton, was charged at 12:02 a.m. Feb. 10 with failing to appear on a warrant for his arrest in the 2100 block of West Roosevelt Road.

Serving alcohol to minors

Eddie L. Scott, 22, of the 1700 block of East 22nd Street, Wheaton, was charged at 12:15 a.m. Feb. 11 with serving alcohol to minors in the 1700 block of East 22nd Street.

Underage drinking

Sabrina M. Halbe, 20, of the 1700 block of President Street, Glendale Heights, was charged at 8:04 a.m. Feb. 11 with illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor in the 500 block of Glendale Avenue.

Traffic violation

• Mesha Smith, 24, of the 500 block of Gundersen Drive, Carol Stream, was charged at 11:59 p.m. Jan. 11 with driving with a suspended license at Danada Drive and Naperville Road.

• Terry Moore, 23, of the 200 block of Hawkeye Court, Iowa City, Iowa, was charged at 6:30 p.m. Feb. 10 with driving with a suspended license at Lorraine and Roosevelt roads.
