Ogle County Sheriff Brian VanVickle reports the following activity.
July 14
Willie Moore, 60, Rockford, was arrested at 8:27 p.m. for not having a valid driver’s license following a traffic stop in the 3000 block of N. Ill. 251. Moore was also cited for speeding. He was transported to the Ogle County Jail.
Ishmael Garcia-Rodriguez, 23, Kingston, was arrested at 2:31 p.m. for driving while license suspended and not having a valid driver’s license following a traffic stop in the 19000 block of E. Mowers Road for an obstructed windshield. He was also issued a citation for no insurance and transported to the Ogle County Jail.
At 11:01 a.m., deputies responded to a two-vehicle accident in the 17000 Block of E. Ill. 38.
After an investigation, Daniel Haley, 33, Rochelle, was ticketed for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. No one was injured.
Moises Hurtado, 26, Creston, was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant for failure to appear. Hurtado posted $186 as a full cash bond and no further court date is needed.
Eamonn Barton, 34, Machesney Park, was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant for contempt of court. Barton’s bond was set at $693 pending a July 15 court appearance.
Meghan Blakely, 24, Ottawa, was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant for driving while license suspended. Her bond was set at $3,000 pending a court appearance.
At 8:02 p.m. deputies conducted a traffic stop on a gray Dodge Grand Caravan on Illinois 38 just into DeKalb County for speeding.
After a short investigation Deputies arrested Josue Hernandez-Lopez, 33, DeKalb, was arrested at 8:02 p.m. following a traffic stop on Ill. 38 for not having a valid Illinois driver’s license, obstructing identification, driving while license suspended, and on a DeKalb County warrant.
He was also cited for speeding and not having insurance.
Hernandez-Lopez was transported to the Ogle County Jail.
July 15
Vincent Crum, 24, Prophetstown, was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant for failure to appear. Crum’s full cash bond was set at $1,512 pending a July 16 court appearance.
Travis Coleman, 21, DeKalb, was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Coleman’s bond was set at $7,000 pending a July 16 court appearance.
Brian D. Tucker, 32, Chicago, was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant for driving while license suspended. Tucker posted 10% of a $5,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
Amanda J. Brown, 36 of DeKalb, for Failure to Appear. Brown posted $836.77 full cash for bond and has no further court appearances.
Gerald Dye, 53, Las Vegas, was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant for contempt of court. Dye’s full cash bond was set at $17,101 pending a July 16 court appearance.
July 16
At 11:46 a.m. deputies along with the Polo Fire Department and Polo Ambulance, responded to a one-vehicle roll over accident on Lowell Park Road at Oregon Trail Road, south of Mt. Morris.
Elaine M. Lee, 56, Mt. Morris, was southbound on Lowell Park Road when she lost control over her vehicle, left the southbound side of intersection rolling over several times before coming to a rest in the south ditch on its roof.
Lee was transported to KSB Hospital in Dixon by the Polo Ambulance for minor injuries.
The accident remains under investigation.
Darrel W. Barker, 61, Leaf River, was arrested at 2 p.m on an Ogle County warrant for failure to appear. Barker was transported to the Ogle County Jail.
Joseph Stonecipher, 38, Byron, was arrested for driving while under the influence of alcohol after deputies investigated a vehicle in the ditch in the 12000 block of E. Ill. 72 at 3:10 a.m.
Stonecipher was also cited for improper lane usage. He was transported to the Ogle County Jail.
At approximately 9:22 p.m., deputes initiated a traffic stop at the intersection of Stillman Road and Main Street on a vehicle for an equipment violation.
After further investigation, Ross Ellis, 25, Stillman Valley, was arrested for driving while license suspended. He was also cited for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Ellis was transported to the Ogle County Jail.
Cornnelius Hanneman, 24, Rockford, was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Hanneman appeared in court and was given a return court date of Aug. 31.
Heather A. Woblen, 33, Dixon, was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant for failure to appear.
Woblen posted $205 full cash for bond and has no further court appearances.
Sarah Hensley, 29, Oregon, was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant for failure to appear.
Hensley appeared in court where she was released on a recognizance bond with a return court date of July 27.
Cole Ramos, 28, Rochelle, was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant for drug court sanctions.
He was held pending a July 17 bond hearing.
Jeffery Green, 35, Rochelle, was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrants for criminal damage to property and failure to appear.
Green was also charged with new charges of domestic battery and aggravated domestic battery.
He was held pending a July 17 court appearance. Green also had valid warrants for Lee and Whiteside counties.
July 17
Laurie Mon, 45, Polo, was arrested for theft. She was transported to the Ogle County Jail.
At approximately 5:26 p.m., deputies along with the Polo Fire Department, Polo Police, Polo Ambulance, and Milledgeville Ambulance responded to a single vehicle roll over accident in the 13,500 Block of W. Milledgeville Road.
After an investigation, it was learned that the driver of the vehicle, Samantha L. Schauff, 18, Rock Falls, crossed over the center line while driving westbound on Milledgeville Road.
Schauff over corrected and the vehicle entered the ditch, causing the vehicle to overturn.
Both Schauff and the passenger of the vehicle were transported to CGH hospital for non life threatening injuries.
Schauff was issued a citation for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
The vehicle was removed by Dyers towing.
July 18
At 6:28 p.m., deputies received information of a reckless driver traveling north on I-39 from the 90 mile marker.
It was learned that a semi-tractor trailer was traveling north on I-39 driving in both lanes at different speeds.
Deputies located the tractor trailer at mile marker 109 and after attempting to stop the vehicle for a few miles, the vehicle finally stopped at the 112 mile marker.
After a short investigation, Ilkhom Iskandaro, 36, Dayton, Ohio, was arrested for driving while under the influence of drugs, possession of cannabis, and possession of drug equipment.
He was also cited for numerous traffic infractions. Iskandarou was transported to the Ogle County Jail.
July 19
At approximately 1:32 a.m., deputies responded to Lake Louise Campground, Site 122, north of Byron, in reference to a disturbance.
After an investigation, Stacey Wright, 41, Joliet, was arrested for disorderly conduct.
Wright was transported to the Ogle County Jail where she was held in lieu of bond.
Jose Aguinaga, 50, Davis Junction, was arrested at 7:42 p.m. for driving while license suspended following a traffic stop at the intersection of Church Road and Ill. 64, east of Oregon.
Aguinaga was transported to the Ogle County Jail.
Skylar J. LaRue, 20, Dixon, was arrested at 10:25 p.m. for possession of a controlled substance and possession of cannabis following a traffic stop in the 4000 block of S. Ill. 26.
LaRue was also issued a citation for failure to notify the Illinois Secretary of State’s Office of a change of address.

LaRue was transported to the Ogle County Jail.
Quavion S. Scott, 20, Freeport, was arrested at 6:32 p.m. for driving while under the influence of drugs, violation of the drug paraphernalia act, and violation of the cannabis control act following a traffic stop at the intersection of Ill. 26 and Prairie Dell Road.
Scott was also cited for speeding and operating an uninsured vehicle. He was transported to the Ogle County Jail.
July 20
Antonio Cathina, 33, DeKalb, was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant for failure to appear. Cathina appeared in court where he was released on a recognizance bond and is scheduled to appear in court on July 27.
Heather Zimmerman, 37, Janesville, Wisconsin, was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant for resisting a peace officer.
Zimmerman appeared in court where her bond was lowered to $1,500.
She posted bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 7.
Steven Rozakis, 33, Lindenwood, was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant for failure to appear. Rozakis’s bond was set at $4,485.31 pending a July 21 court appearance.
