• Brian S. Albrecht, 25, of Harvard, was charged Thursday, April 11, with domestic battery and interference with the reporting of domestic violence.
• Cesar Rojas-Figueroa, 27, 204 S. Park Ave., Harvard, was charged Saturday, April 13, with public intoxication, disorderly conduct and obstructing a peace officer.
• A 16-year-old Harvard boy was charged Tuesday, April 16, with possession of tobacco, unlawful gang conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• A 16-year-old Harvard Boy was charged Tuesday, April 16, with theft.
• Duane A. Whiting Jr., 58, 51260 Highway 162, Coon Valley, Wis., was charged Tuesday, April 16, with aggravated driving under the influence, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, two counts of resisting a peace officer, driving while license revoked, driving without insurance, driving without registration, failure to obey, two counts of disregarding a stop sign, two counts of improper turn signal, illegal operation of an off-road vehicle, and careless operation of an off-road vehicle.

• A 17-year-old Dolton girl was charged Thursday, April 18, with domestic battery and criminal damage to property.
• Octavio Salinas-Flores, 22, 701 N. Lincoln St., was charged Sunday, April 21, with violation of median, driving under the influence, driving with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08 percent, and driving without insurance.
• Aaron A. Brennecka, 23, 804 W. Metzen St., Harvard, was charged Sunday, April 21, with possession of marijuana and public consumption of alcohol. He also was wanted on outstanding McHenry County warrants.
• Camron G. Lilja, 18, 279 N. Main St., Walworth, Wis., was charged Tuesday, April 23, with driving under the influence and driving with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08 percent. In the same incident, Briley Shadoh Lea Thirion, 20, was charged with underage drinking and Christopher Dearmond, 31, of Cicero, was charged with illegal transportation of alcohol.
