Biscuit is a sweet 8-year-old who likes to play with string toys. She does well with other cats. Since she’s shy around people, she needs a family who’s willing to be very patient and give her the time and space she needs to get used to her new home. She also needs a special diet for kidney support. She’s quiet and likes to be petted if you take it slow and easy. To meet Biscuit, contact Humane Haven Animal Shelter at hhas.org or 630-378-4208.

Whimsy is a fun-loving, friendly and sweet 2-year-old who loves all sorts of toys. Besides playing, Whimsy loves getting pets and attention from anyone. Her confidence allows her to go right up to people, introduce herself and become friends. She gets along well with other cats. She hasn’t been around dogs or children, but her personality should allow her to be happy in any forever home. To meet Whimsy, contact Humane Haven Animal Shelter at 630-378-4208 or visit hhas.org.

Griffin is an adorable 7-year-old male mixed breed with lots of playful energy. He loves to play ball and go for walks, but he also enjoys cuddling at the end of the day. He knows “sit” and “paw” and gets along with other dogs. To meet Griffin, email Stacy at stacy@nawsus.org. Visit nawsus.org.

Cutie Boy is a 4-year-old male domestic long-hair. He is a little shy and cautious in new situations but is starting to show his sweet personality. He is curious and likes gentle pets – he will give head rubs to show his appreciation. To meet Cutie Boy, email Delonda at delonda@nawsus.org or call NAWS at 708-478-5102. Visit nawsus.org.

Zeke is a 2 year-old sweet Australian shepherd mix with an unknown past of possible abuse by men. He will require a patient forever home without men or small children. Contact the Will County Humane Society at willcountyhumane.com and follow the instructions for the adoption process.

Halley is a 1 year-old female domestic shorthair. She is sweet, but very shy, and she is so stressed out at the shelter that she has started to pull out her hair. Contact the Will County Humane Society at willcountyhumane.com and follow the instructions for the adoption process.

Winston is nearly 4 years old and weighs 58 pounds. He is incredibly smart and needs a home with no young children and dogs. He may need a fenced-in yard as this boy loves to run. To meet Winston, contact Hopeful Tails Animal Rescue at hopefultailsadoptions@outlook.com. Visit hopefultailsanimalrescue.org.
