Several schools throughout the Sauk Valley on Sunday announced weather-related cancellations and remote-learning plans for Monday.

The drivers were acknowledged every day with special treats, from baked goods to gift cards, personalized tumblers and specially made thank you cards from the students.

Forreston Junior/Senior High School/Forrestville Valley CUSD 221 received a grant for polycarbonate panels and connection supplies for its greenhouse.
