Work begins on Monday on U.S. 30 in Morrison

The Illinois Department of Transportation said resurfacing of U.S. 30 from Jackson Street to French Creek in Morrison will begin on Monday, June 14.

Flaggers will direct motorists around lane closures. There will be access to residences and businesses in the work zone.

Martin & Co. Excavating of Oregon is the contractor of the $438,324 project, which is expected to be completed by July 30.
