DIXON – A live concert featuring headliner Neal Francis and his Chicago band, soloist Raine Stern from this season of “The Voice”, and Dixon singer and songwriter Jay Vonn begins at 6 p.m. April 29 at Rosbrook Studio, 107 S. Peoria Ave.
Vonn, a guitarist with a love of John Prine and a local favorite at multiple venues, will open the show. Stern, of Madison, Wisconsin, sings and plays electric guitar.

Francis plays a mix of 60s and 70s soul and funk, and will be playing some of the largest music festivals around the country later this fall, Rosbrook says in its Facebook post.
According to his bio on nealfrancis.com, “Francis has captured an inspired collection of songs steeped in New Orleans rhythms, Chicago blues, and early 70s rock n’ roll. His music evokes a bygone era of R&B’s heyday while simultaneously forging a new path on the musical landscape.”
Tickets cost $60. The audience will be limited to 50 people because of COVID restrictions.
