FRANKLIN GROVE — The Franklin Creek Conservation Association is conducting a 50-50 raffle through Nov. 20. The association is a not-for-profit organization that restores the natural areas at Franklin Creek State Natural Area, maintains and operates the Franklin Creek Grist Mill, and provides educational programs for students. Call 815-456-2718 to enter the raffle remotely, otherwise tickets can be purchased for $10 at the mill. Participants must be 18. The raffle has a cap of 800 tickets. Persons attending the Nov. 20 drawing gain their share of the pot with a 60-40 split, otherwise the winner will be notified by mail.
