Al Cioni Ford, Inc. earns Ford’s 2020 President’s Award for outstanding customer sales and service performance

GRANVILLE — Al Cioni Ford, Inc. was presented with Ford Motor Company’s 2020 President’s Award this past March. This honor marks the eighth time Al Cioni Ford has earned this prestigious award.

The President’s Award is presented to only 10% of all dealerships and focuses on the exhibition of quality business practices. The awards are decided through comprehensive customer surveys based on sales, service and overall experience. Al Cioni, owner of Al Cioni Ford, Inc., is thrilled to receive this recognition from their customers.

“We always strive to provide great service and an easy buying experience. We want our customers to walk away with smiles on their faces. Doing so takes teamwork from the technicians, sales folk and those who answer our phones. I’m proud of our staff for each part they play in customer satisfaction,” Cioni emphasized.

He also added, “The customer is what it is all about. The aspect I love most about owning a dealership is the relationships we’ve built with our loyal customers and the stories we hear from our newer ones. Our staff appreciates all those who come to us with their various vehicle needs.”

The Ford dealership has been in Granville since 1934, and it has been owned by the Cioni family since 1968. This is the eighth time the dealership has been recognized for earning the President’s Award from Ford Motor Company.
