So, how many Congress people does it take to change a light bulb, you ask?

Answer: To be determined. You see the conservatives want to turn it to the right, the liberals insist on turning it to the left. Since, heaven forbid, they should compromise, they’ll just live in the dark and bring it up again next term. Ahhh, what what a country.
