Happy birthday, AJ Freund.
AJ was born eight years ago on Oct. 14. Let us celebrate his short four-and-a-half years on this Earth. He brought a region together and is making changes in DCFS [Department of Children and Family Services], which will reduce the number of abused children living in squalor with abusive guardians.
Thank you, AJ, for your four-plus years on this Earth.
