Frank A. Haslwanter, 69, of the 900 block of North Shore Drive, Crystal Lake, was charged Friday, Aug. 6, with failing to notify regarding damage to an unattended vehicle.
Carlos M. Echeverria Morales, 35, of the 4400 block of North Avers Avenue, Chicago, was charged Wednesday, Aug. 4, with obstructing identification and disorderly conduct.
Melissa Jean, McBride, 41, of the 400 block of South McHenry Avenue, Crystal Lake, was charged Friday, Aug. 6, with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Stephanie M. Tuffey, 32, of the 900 block of Golf Course Road, Crystal Lake, was charged Saturday, Aug. 7, with two counts of domestic battery.
Jessica Rosemary O’Grady, 21, of the 600 block of North Brentwood Drive, Crystal Lake, was charged Sunday, Aug. 8, with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol.
Terrence John Tucker, 34, of the 2000 block of Greenview Drive, Woodstock, was charged Sunday, Aug. 8, with driving under the influence of alcohol, unlawful possession of marijuana by the driver, possession of a controlled substance and obstructing justice.

David J. Rosas, 56, of the 7400 block of Birch Street, Crystal Lake, was charged Sunday, Aug. 8, with driving under the influence of alcohol.
Christopher Jacob Mohr, 30, of the 7500 block of North Second Street, Machesney Park, was charged Monday, Aug. 9, with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Theresa Jean Neveitt, 35, of the 100 block of South Virginia Street, Crystal Lake, was charged Monday, Aug. 9, with possession of a controlled substance.
Derek Stephan Schwantner, 32, of the 500 block of Phillips Circle, Antioch, was charged Monday, Aug. 9, with possession of a controlled substance, possession of any substance with intent to deliver, possession of marijuana by the driver and driving while license expired more than one year. Schwantner was also arrested on McHenry and DuPage county warrants tied to charges of unlawful restraint, battery and driving while license expired more than one year.

Shane Patrick Cassin, 40, of the 800 block of Woodbine Lane, Marengo, was charged Saturday, Aug. 14, with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol.
Alfredo Damian Jordan, 21, of the 200 block of Joseph Street, Woodstock, was charged Sunday, Aug. 15, with battery.
Janice Marie Easty, 76, of the 400 block of Oxford Lane, Crystal Lake, was charged Sunday, Aug. 15, with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of a combination of drugs and alcohol, and aggravated driving under the influence where bodily harm was caused.
Daniel Robert Pinto, 21, of the 5800 block of Napoleon Avenue, Chicago, was charged Tuesday, Aug. 17, with retail theft of merchandise worth less than $300.
Nestor Jesus Perez, 22, of the 1400 block of Sandpiper Lane, Woodstock, was charged Tuesday, Aug. 17, with domestic battery.

Harvard
Nicholas J Pagnoni, 38, of the 18900 block of Capron Road, Capron, and Michael M. Quinn, 62, of the 700 block of Northfield Court, Harvard, were cited Wednesday, Aug. 4, for fighting. Quinn was also issued a ticket for prohibited activities by a licensee.
Jose A. Lopez, 30, of the 300 block of Ratzlaff Street, Harvard, was charged Friday, Aug. 13, with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of a combination of alcohol and drugs, driving under the influence of drugs, unlawful possession of marijuana by the driver, improper lane use, operating an uninsured vehicle and failure to notify the Secretary of State of an address change.
Two 16-year-old Harvard boys were cited Saturday, Aug. 14, with curfew violations. One of the teenagers was also cited for a loud muffler, disobeying a stop sign and driving during restricted time of graduated driver’s license.

Killeen, 65, of the 800 block of West Roosevelt Street, Harvard, was charged Thursday, Aug. 19, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving on the wrong side of the roadway, improper lighting, failing to signal when turning, failing to signal when changing lanes and violating minimum speed regulations.
Alexander Ruiz-Enriquez, 22, of the 400 block of West Front Street, Harvard, was arrested Friday, Aug. 20, on a McHenry County warrant tied to a previous mob action charge.
Moises Cruz-Navarro, 26, of the 300 block of Marengo Road, Harvard, was charged Saturday, Aug. 21, with domestic battery and endangering the life or health of a child.
Hipolito G. Garcia-Mercado, 32, of the 100 block of North Idlewild Avenue, was charged Saturday, Aug. 21, with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving too fast for conditions and three counts of transportation of open alcohol by the driver.

William Mayer, 37, of the 500 block of River Drive, Belvidere, was charged Monday, Aug. 23, with felony obstructing justice and driving while license suspended.
Darren Wilder, 55, of the 100 block of South State Street, Elgin, was charged Monday, Aug. 23, with misdemeanor domestic battery, felony resisting a police officer, felony aggravated battery, felony retail theft, and felony theft.
