Marengo native Andre Dougherty takes a fuel sample on a weather deck aboard USS Harry S. Truman during a replenishment-at-sea with USNS Supply on June 17.

Dougherty is an aviation boatswain’s mate fuel 3rd class, part of the the Harry S. Truman Carrier Strike Group on a scheduled deployment in the U.S. Naval Forces Europe area of operations.
