Fieldcrest state qualifier Jessica Schultz is the 2024 Times Girls Golfer of the Year

Fieldcrest senior Jessica Schultz put together a solid and consistent season this fall, reached her goal of playing in the state finals, and has been selected as the 2024 Times Girls Golfer of the Year.

Chandler Creedon leads Ottawa golfers to 6th straight regional title

The Ottawa boys golf team — led by individual champion Chandler Creedon — won its sixth straight regional title at Wednesday's Class 2A La Salle-Peru Regional at Senica's Oak Ridge Golf Club. Burlington Central and Mendota also advanced to next week's Kaneland Sectional.

Girls golf: Seneca, Fieldcrest’s Jessica Schultz finish runner-up at Class 1A Seneca Regional

The Seneca girls golf team, as well as Fieldcrest's Jessica Schultz, St. Bede's Anna Cryocki, and the Princeton trio of Reese Reviglio, Hanna Claiborne and Halli Peterson, all advanced out of Tuesday's Class 1A Seneca Regional at Morris Country Club.
